LCC for Revit is an AI-powered plugin that brings SLAM-based 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) from Xgrids scanners directly into Autodesk Revit workflows.

The tool integrates LiDAR and visual scan data into AI-powered, editable BIM elements such as walls, doors, and levels—automatically generated from real-world scans.

There is live synchronisation between Revit and the LCC Viewer, enabling inspectors to verify and align models in real time. XGRIDS’ AI engine interprets spatial scanning data to recognise and classify architectural elements, embedding semantic intelligence into scan-derived 3D models.
