Kope

KOPE

Company name

Kope provides automated offsite assembly planning, producing constructible component layouts and material takeoffs, helping contractors streamline prefab workflows and reduce waste in industrialised construction.

Kope is a London based start-up catering to the offsite construction sector. It connects manufacturers, suppliers, designers, and contractors through a cloud-based platform designed to “productise” building components and compositions.

KOPE combines two core modules: the KOPE Market (a supplier catalogue where users explore framed panels, CLT, SIPs, precast components, and pods) and KOPE Construct, which applies these real-world products into design models with quantity take-offs, and costs.

Designers or contractors working within Revit or similar tools can pull in prefabricated components—like timber wall cassettes or precast floors directly into their models.

The system understands product constraints, model context, and supplier logic to automate placement, reduce manual modelling, and integrate realistic data-rich components. KOPE uses rule-based configuration engines powered by product logic, enabling automatic component placement, take-off generation, and cost estimation.
