Hypar is a US.-based software platform founded in 2018 by industry veterans Anthony Hauck (formerly of Revit) and Ian Keough (creator of Dynamo).
The software is built on the belief that design tools should elevate expertise — not replicate manual tasks. Through cloud-native architecture and a generative logic engine, Hypar aims to turn design knowledge into reusable components that span projects and firms. It is a cloud-first platform for both programmers and designer and ultimately hopes to challenge Revit and rethink BIM. Hypar offers many aspects to buildings design, it builds space plans and building models from structured rules.
Hypar blends generative design with logic-based computation and even supports natural-language AI inputs.
