Archistar is an Australian startup founded by Dr. Benjamin Coorey in 2010. It began as an academic platform called Archistar Academy, focused on generative design education, and has since evolved into a full-featured property intelligence SaaS used by developers, architects, and city authorities across Australia, Canada, and the U.S.
The cloud-based feasibility platform is used to assess development ideas and deliver code-compliant design concepts. Archistar’s core AI synthesizes context-aware building concepts, factoring in dimensional constraints, zoning rules, sunlight, ventilation, and yield metrics.
