Tektome is an architectural design platform built around a network of purpose-built AI agents, each trained on a specific domain of AEC knowledge.
Drawings, BIM models, regulations, and specifications are ingested into the Tektome dataspace, where they’re structured and indexed so agents can access them in context. Users can then ask questions in plain language — about a regulation, a model element, or a compliance requirement — and an orchestrator interprets the intent and routes the task accordingly.
The relevant agents (regulations, BIM, drawing, compliance) work in parallel, drawing from the dataspace and applying their domain expertise to your specific project context. Results are delivered in whatever form suits the output — a highlighted BIM model, a cited text answer, or a structured compliance report.
The platform offers a growing suite of solutions designed to make specific parts of the AEC workflow faster, more reliable, and less dependent on specialist knowledge. Current offerings include an AI BIM Checker, Regulations Research, and Knowledge Builder, with Cost Planning, Programme Analysis, and Specification Review in development. Teams can also build custom solutions on top of the same agent infrastructure.
