Alice Technologies offers an AI-driven platform aimed at construction planning and scheduling, enabling rapid scenario exploration, schedule optimisation, and risk mitigation.
Its comes as a suite of tools: Alice Plan (2D visual scheduling), Alice Optimize (parametric schedule simulation from P6 or MSP), and Alice Model (BIM-integrated schedule generation).
The platform runs millions of simulations to generate optimised, resource-loaded schedules. It integrates schedule, cost, design, and construction methods (“recipes”) to explore what-if scenarios to enable ‘optioneering’. Alice users upload a 3D model and the AI sends back a buildable 4D schedule.
