Founded by former Autodesk employees, it offers a service designed to automate repetitive documentation tasks, all tailored to firm-specific standards.
SWAPP’s documentation module functions like an AI co-pilot for construction doc generation. It learns from past projects and standards, then auto-generates Revit-based outputs — floor plans, annotations, views, titles, schedules, and sheets — maintaining individual firm’s formatting and style.
The module handles re-annotations across revisions, generates enlarged plans and elevations, and aims to ensure outputs remain visually consistent and accurate throughout project phases. SWAPP employs machine learning and LLM-based recognition to captures customers’ unique standards—from annotation styles to finish schedules.
