usBIM.codesign AI from Acca Software transform inputs — photorealistic renderings, 3D models, freehand sketches, simple photographs, floor plans, or openBIM IFC models — into architectural concepts, photorealistic images, and high‑quality video sequences.
The software integrates with popular BIM and CAD tools such as Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Edificius, and AutoCAD and is aimed at architects, interior designers and visualisation specialists.
With usBIM.codesign AI, designers can explore different furniture configurations while keeping the original room structure unchanged, reprocess portions of an image using selection masks, and experiment with multiple stylistic variations. For example, change the shape or colour of specific objects, change the type of flooring or the colour of certain walls.
A “Floor Plans” proposal mode, allows users to create graphic reworkings of project plans choosing from different graphic styles.
Creations are securely stored in usBIM, Acca’s cloud-based BIM ecosystem. Each account includes 10 GB of free storage and access to 16 free BIM tools, including a BIM viewer capable of handling ‘the most complex of projects’, with a view to making it easy to manage, share, and collaborate on your designs online.

The AI Spotlight Directory is published by AEC Magazine in partnership with HP and Nvidia.
