Togal.AI is a cloud-based estimation and take off tool, designed by estimators, for estimators. Users upload hundreds or thousands of architectural plans and drawings and the software automatically names and organises the plan set.
The proprietary AI tool then “instantly analyses” the documents, automatically detecting, measuring, comparing and labelling project spaces and features. Quantities can then be exported as an Excel file or imported into other estimation software.
With AI-powered image, text, and pattern search, Togal.AI enables users to quickly locate and count items across multiple plans by drawing a bounding box around an object and selecting “search.”
Cloud-based collaboration allows multiple team members to work on the same take off in real time.
Meanwhile, Togal.CHAT is a built-in AI assistant that allows users to “talk” to their plans, ask questions, double-check quantities, catch errors, and get help writing RFPs.
According to the company, Togal.AI supports 80% faster take offs than the most popular legacy software.
