Part3

Part3 is a construction administration platform for architects and engineers. It centralises the day-to-day management of submittals, RFIs, drawings, field reports, and change with a view to reducing administrative work.

Part3 uses AI in select areas. The AI Submittal Assistant is designed to help streamline submittal reviews. It takes project specifications and compares them against shop drawings to help surface key insights like manufacturer details, testing standards, colours, and warranties. It flags potential mismatches and provides guided review hints to streamline approvals.

Meanwhile, the ProjectFiles feature uses AI to bring structure, context, and connectivity to project documentation. It automatically organises drawings, specifications, and reports, links related files across disciplines, and helps teams trace revisions and decisions over time. With AI-assisted drawing detection, files are automatically tagged with the correct drawing numbers, titles, and disciplines. It transforms unstructured project data into an accessible, searchable record.

Part3 works alongside systems like Procore, Deltek, and Bluebeam.
