Knetyc is a US-focussed platform designed to accelerate jurisdiction approval by putting simple-to-use AI compliance tools into the hands of property developers, civil engineers, architects, and city planners.
Users simply upload a series of PDF plans, including site plans, structural drawings, elevations and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) documents, define the location of the project and submit the plans for review.
Machine learning algorithms then analyse the plans, checking for compliance against all relevant municipal code provisions, such as stormwater management, utilities (wet/dry), traffic/transportation, ADA, Tree Protection, etc.
Users get a detailed report with specific suggestions on how to improve the plans to speed up approval.
