Disperse delivers a visual twin of construction sites using regular 360° scans and AI-powered analytics. Through its platform, Impulse, it supports site-wide image capture, progress tracking, issue detection, and visual records — creating a navigable, time-based visual record of the build.
Disperse’s AI processes 360° imagery to map work-in-place, overlay it on building elevations, and detect issues, called “Spotlights”, before they escalate. It integrates data from 2D plans, BIM, and schedules and can track up to 670 elements across both 2D and 3D environments.
Disperse is designed for construction managers, superintendents, and project teams on large-scale developments, particularly with complex builds where granular tracking and proactive problem detection are critical.
