Workpack AI is a web-based platform for automatic quantity take-offs, which it does by detecting walls, doors, symbols, and annotations in construction drawings. It speeds up measurement workflows through an intelligent “detect → measure → compare” interface, supported by cloud collaboration and API integrations.
The system’s AI combines image recognition and text analysis. The AI autonomously identifies building elements — flags walls, doors, symbols, and tables — and converts them into editable, take-off data.
The software is designed for estimators, pre-construction teams, and quantity surveyors. Workpack ensures ‘rapid take-off’ even from PDF drawings, which is especially useful for general contractors, specialty trades, and firms processing high volumes of bids.
