Maket is a generative design platform tailored for residential architecture and early-stage planning. It enables designers and non-specialists alike to create and evaluate concept layouts, reducing the need for traditional CAD proficiency.
Maket centres around its Plan Generator—a web-native engine that produces multiple bespoke floorplan options based on user-defined constraints (room dimensions, adjacencies, shape)—and style transformations using simple text prompts.
It also offers a Virtual Assistant for materials, cost guidance; and a Regulatory Assistant to interpret zoning rules with natural-language queries. Maket’s engine applies generative AI to optimise layout design automatically, while natural-language assistants simplify guidance on materials, cost, and code. Its Regulatory Assistant handles zoning queries in plain language, too.
